We set ourselves apart from our competitors by providing daily services for our employers and their employees.  Some of which are as follows:

  • Negotiate contract with carrier upon renewal i.e., rate negotiations and benefit design

  • Provide enrollment packets

  • Produce Summary Plan Description (SPD) on behalf of the employer

  • Process employee enrollments, terminations, dependent changes

  • Check claim status with client's insurance carrier
  • Write letters of appeal to insurance carrier

  • Provide ACA reporting module for large groups

  • Provide Human Resource support

  • Assist with referrals from primary care physician to specialists

  • Process address changes

  • Order ID cards, brochures and provider directories

  • Reconcile premium billing statements on behalf of the employer

  • Conduct employee meetings, explain benefits, plan guidelines and the value of the benefit package

  • Provide on-site customer service representative to answer any questions.  This service is provided quarterly, semi-annually or at the request of the employer.
