Write letters of appeal to insurance carrier

Assist with referrals from primary care physician to specialists

Process address changes

Order ID cards, brochures and provider directories

Reconcile premium billing statements on behalf of the employer

Conduct employee meetings, explain benefits, plan guidelines and the value of the benefit package

Provide on-site customer service representative to answer any questions. This service is provided quarterly, semi-annually or at the request of the employer.
