- ASSIST WITH REFERRALS FROM PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN TO SPECIALISTS
- MAKE ADDRESS CHANGES, PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN CHANGES, AND DEPENDENT CHANGES
- ORDER ID CARDS SEND/DELIVER APPLICATIONS, BROCHURES, PROVIDER BOOKS, ETC.
- PREMIUM BILLING RECONCILIATION, WHICH INCLUDES CORRESPONDING WITH CARRIERS ON BEHALF OF EMPLOYER
- EMPLOYEE MEETINGS: EXPLAIN BENEFITS; PLAN GUIDELINES; AND THE VALUE OF THE BENEFIT PACKAGE
- NEGOTIATE CONTRACT WITH CARRIER UPON RENEWAL. THIS INCLUDES RATE NEGOTIATIONS AND BENEFITS DESIGN
- PROVIDE ON-SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED QUARTERLY, SEMI-ANNUALLY, ETC., OR AT THE REQUEST OF THE CLIENT
- PROVIDE ON-LINE ELIGIBILITY SERVICES THROUGH OUR HR PRODUCTS
- THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES. WE ARE A LICENSED THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR AND PERFORM THE BILLING AND ELIGIBILITY FUNCTION FOR THE BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
